If you would like to book a telehealth consultation you can;
- Book a telehealth consultation by contacting the clinic

- We can Bulk Bill patients who have been to see us at the medical practice during the last twelve month
- We can also Bulk Bill patients in special circumstances e.g. immunocompromised, currently isolated or quarantined, parent of a child under one etcetera
- Please let us know if there are special circumstances attached to your telehealth request.
- You can also book a telehealth consultation with a doctor of your choice via our Hot Docs online booking service.

We generally charge patients who have not been to the medical practice in the last twelve months.
Our fee for a standard telehealth consultation is the same as our fee for a standard (face-to-face) consultation.
- Prescriptions can be electronically prescribed to a mobile telephone number or email address
- Pathology and radiology requests, medical certificates, and referrals can be sent to the email address on your file.
