Urgent appointments almost speak for themselves. If you are dealing with a medical emergency, contact the ambulance on 000, go to the hospital, or contact an alternate emergency service provider, in a manner befitting your needs.
If you are dealing with a relatively straightforward matter, such as a minor wound, which still needs immediate attention, common sense says telephone ahead, to make sure we are ready, and the right service to help.
